Exterior and occupancy photo inspections for lenders, insurers and inspection companies.
What I do
- I visit the property at the address provided.
- I confirm whether the property appears to be occupied.
- I photograph the exterior.
- I return the report in the client's format.
What I do not do
I do not make home-inspector judgments about roofs, systems or structure. My reports are limited to exterior photographs and occupancy status.
